SEIKO 93C76 93C86 PROGRAMMING TIMES In circuit programming times vary according to a number of paramters such as clock speed, the programming algorithm and flash technology. The F5000 offers very fast programming times as no time is wasted communicating with a host PC, high and non standard baud rates or clock speeds can be used. Here are a few examples - STM32F10X with 128 K bytes of flash can be programmed in about 8 seconds. Renesas H8/38076 with 48K bytes of flash can be programmed in 20 seconds at a relatively low clock speed of 4.19 MHz. Fujitsu MB91F013 with 512K bytes of flash can be programmed in 47 seconds and the checksum verified in a further 3 seconds. Typical Renesas R8C parts with 32K of flash can be programmed in about 5 seconds and the checksum verified in a further 3 seconds. Larger Renesas H8s with 512K bytes of flash can be programmed in 36 seconds and verified in a further 6 seconds. We are always pleased to estimate the programming times for parts not currently supported.
