PL335 MODULE The PL335 module supports 40 pin TSOP flash and eproms up to 16M bitS on the M9000 and L9000 programmers. SPECIAL FEATURES This module can either gang program up to four devices with identical data or pairs of devices for 16 bit systems or a set of four devices for 32 bit systems. TYPICAL FLASH 28F008SA, 28F008SA_L, 28F008SC, 28F008S3, 29F080, 29LV080, 29LV081, 29F016. PROGRAMMER RAM CONFIGURATION For gang programming with identical data, the programmer ram size must not be smaller than the device size. For example, at least 8M bits of ram is required for gang programming 29LV080s. However, for set programming a pair of devices with 16 bit data, twice as much programmer ram is required. For programming a set of four devices with 32 bit data, four times as much programmer ram is required. For example, 32M bits of programmer ram is needed to program a set of four 28F008SAs.
