PL328 MODULE
The PL328 module supports 32 pin PLCC eproms, eeproms and flash memory up to 27512. Devices can be gang programmed with identical data or set programmed for 16 or 32 bit systems. For example, a set of four 27C512s could be set programmed for a 32 bit system. If there are two devices in a set, twice as much ram is required in the programmer, etc. Larger memories (1 to 8M bits) are supported by the PL332 and PL232 modules.

OPTIONS
The module is available with either two sockets (PL328/2) or four sockets (PL328/4). For set programming four or more devices, the PL328/4 is suggested.

SPECIAL FEATURES
The ZIF sockets are fitted in receptacles so they can be changed in seconds if they wear out.

TYPICAL EPROMS ETC

TYPICAL FLASH
28F256(A), 28F512(A).

PROGRAMMER RAM CONFIGURATION
The programmer ram size does not matter for gang programming as the largest device is 0.5M bits. Up to eight 27C256 or similar devices can be set programmed with 2M bits of programmer ram. To program a set of eight 27C512 or similar, a minimum of 4M bits is required.

RELATED MODULES
Similar DIL devices can be programmed by the PL300 module.
